We appreciate your interest in the Georgia Marching Band Series. The contest dates for 2011 are almost full, however, we are always looking for more contest hosts for the 2012 marching season. The GMBS will do all of the booking of bands. We have a $500 contest fee that will need to be paid up front. This fee covers advertising, web-design of your campus and judges sheets.

As a Host Band, here is some of what we have to offer you as a contest site:

•  Addition of your contest to the GMBS main website

•  A page, with your school logo, for all information relating to your contest, such as:

•  online registration forms

•  printable registration forms

•  contact info

•  contest forms (equipment, press box, etc)

•  A graphic link header to place on your school website

•  Personalized judging forms with GMBS logo and your school logo

•  PR packet containing print ad material, radio material and a printable "around town" flyer

•  Creation of a digital (and printable) map of your campus, to be posted on your contest page

•  Access to the GMBS logo for printing of banners and programs

•  Exclusive GMBS merchandise

•  Post-contest posting of the contest results
